Lots of customers ask us how they will tell if a call is being made on their number. The answer is a feature called Call whisper which comes with a free 30 day trial.

When customers ring your 0800, 0844, 0845 or local number we play you a short recorded message or "call whisper" when you answer the phone. Only you hear the "call whisper" - the caller just hears the normal ringing tone.

Call Whisper can solve 2 major problems...

Firstly, it tells you the difference between business & personal calls to your mobile which means you can answer the phone with your business name and keep a professional image.

Secondly, if you have calls for several companies going to one landline you will know which business the call is for and be able to answer it with the correct business name.

We set up and record the call whisper. It can be your business name or something simple like "0800 number".

Let me give you a quick demonstration…

Imagine my business is called A1 Landscapers.

A1 Landscapers has an 0800 number which is pointed at my mobile phone.

When my mobile phone rings I don't know if it is a personal or business call unless I have the call whisper feature.

This means I might answer the phone with "hello" when a new customer is calling me. Not good for my professional image.

The Divert on Busy Or No Answer feature allows us to route calls to alternative numbers if you are not available and makes sure your customers can always talk to someone.

This feature makes sure that you don't miss any calls if you are away from your phone or your line is busy.

If your line is busy or not answered then the call goes to the next phone on your call plan.

All we need is your alternative contact details to set up the divert on busy or no answer feature.

Divert on busy or no answer (DOBNA) allows us to route calls to alternative numbers if you are not available.
