Call Whisper
- When a customer dials your 0800, 0844, 0845 or virtual number you hear a short recorded
message or "whisper" when you pick up the phone
- We set up and record the message which might be something like: "call from Yellow
Pages" or simply "0800 number"
- The person calling you doesn't hear the whisper
- Call Whisper tells you the difference between personal and business calls
- You will always answer your calls in the right way

Voicemail
- We provide you with a personalised voicemail box
- You have your own personalised message
- We email your voicemail to you
- We send you missed call alerts by email
- If the caller chooses not to leave a message we email their phone number to you
so you can return the call

Greeting message
- When your customer rings you they hear a pre-recorded message such as :
"Thanks for calling YOUR BUSINESS NAME, your call is very important to us and will be answered shortly"
- When the greeting message has finished the call will be connected.
- The greeting can be set up to say whatever you would like.

IVR or Auto Attendant - Press 1 for sales, 2 for service etc
- We give you a welcome message such as "Thank you for calling YOUR BUSINESS NAME"
- The welcome message is followed by options you choose such as "Please press 1 for

- When people press the numbers we put the calls through to where you want them to
go

- We record your inbound calls for you
- You can either record all calls received, a selection calls or you can choose
to start recording partway through a conversation

- Recorded calls are sent you by email as soon as the call finishes
- When you get the email you listen to the call through your computer

- You are automatically emailed the call recording when you finish an outbound call

Call Queuing
- Call queuing is perfect if you get more calls than you can cope with or your lines
are permanently engaged
- We can stack up to 50 calls trying to get through to you.
- While callers wait we play them music and tell them what position they are in the queue
- We also play callers comfort messages such as "Your call is important to us"
- As soon as your line is free we automatically pass the next call in the queue

Online Call Statistics
Online Call Statistics let you view call data in real time. You are able to see:
- the number of the person who called you
- the time of the call
- the duration of the call
- how quickly you answered the call

Time of Day Routing
With Time of Day Routing we programme your number to follow you.
- You can choose to have your calls routed to your office during business hours and
to your mobile out of hours or we can make a customised plan for you
- Just supply us with your opening times plus contact details and we do the rest
- We can change the routing if you have to change your business hours
